Jibbo Da’ House

Jibbo is the assumed leader of the gang, and the assumed head of the palace.  In truth Jibbo is beholden to a blue dragon whom claims leadership over Jibbo’s gang.  In general Jibbo is the face of the organization and handles most of the day to day operations of the gang.  Deferring to his dragon master when heavy thinking is necessary.  Jibbo comes across as a slimy used car salesman with power.
